Chocolate horns

Beat 3 eggs and 2 egg yolks with sugar into foam, add lemon juice, grated lemon zest, cinnamon, cloves, melted chocolate, ground almonds, strong foam of 2 egg whites and 5 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs. Mix the mass well, put on the board and knead. From the finished dough, shape small horns, run them first in breadcrumbs, then in large sugar sand and bake in an oil-lubricated and floured baking tray at medium temperature.
