Rinse the dried apples, pass through a meat grinder with a large sieve. Cut the loaf without crusts into thin pieces of loaf crust - in cubes or wedges and cushion. Some grated lemon zest or vanillin can be added to improve taste. Put in the oven for 40 - 50 minutes. Then remove and leave in the form for 10 minutes, after which put on a dish, serve hot.
