Beat the eggs, add the flour sifted with starch and knead the medium-density dough. Divide it into small pieces, form from each tourniquet 5-8 mm thick and cut into 5-7 cm long pieces. Wind each piece on a half walnut, or on a hazelnut, or on 2-3 punchlines. Pour 2 tablespoons of water into the pan, add honey, vodka and vegetable oil, boil, lower the balls in turn and fry them in this mixture until browned.
