Prune puree

1 serving

Ground and washed prunes are boiled in a small amount of water until cooked. Stone is removed, pulp is passed through meat grinder with frequent lattice, sugar sand is added, boiled and cooled. The mixture is mixed with vanilla sugar and placed in vases. Whipped cream is prepared: cold cream (or sour cream) is poured into a chilled dish on a third of its volume and whipped until thick, lush and stable foam forms. Sugar powder is added to the whipped cream (or sour cream), stirring. A pastry bag is placed and deposited on prunes puree. Whipped cream can be made with chocolate or cocoa.
