Curd-apple pudding

Manure grits are poured into the strained cottage cheese, egg yolks, ground with sugar sand, exhausted apples, aged in sugar syrup are added. Everything is thoroughly mixed. Whipped egg whites are introduced and mixed gently. The mass is placed in a mould lubricated with oil and sprinkled with ground crumbs, lubricated with sour cream, egg and baked in an oven. When serving, the pudding is arranged with apple slices, having previously put them in hot sugar syrup. Sour cream or sweet sauce is served separately.
