Potato-i pudding

The cooked potatoes are thoroughly mixed with butter, eggs, milk, wine, lemon juice, sugar sand, salt and finely grated lemon zest. Put in an oil-lubricated mould and bake in an oven for 30 - 40 minutes. When supplied, ground almonds are sprinkled.

butter - 60 g, potatoes - 225 g, salt to taste, sugar - 60 g, milk - 0.15 l, eggs - 2 pcs., dry white wine - 60 g, lemon zest to taste, lemon juice to taste
