Pumpkin and apple pudding-i

The peeled pumpkin is shredded, put into a saucepan, poured with milk and stewed till semi-readiness. Adding finely chopped apples, sugar, simmer for another 5 minutes, after which they pour in semolina, mix everything and keep under cover for 5 - 10 minutes over a very low heat or in the oven. One adds yolks, mixes, whipped proteins, butter and mixes well from bottom to top. Put in a tin or pan greased with oil and bake in the oven (about 30 minutes). Served with sour cream.
