Honey peaches

Rinse the peaches, scald with boiling water and lower the cut into cold water. Skin, cut each peach in half and remove the bones. Pour part of the sugar sand into the bottom of a large bowl, lay the prepared halves of the peaches on it, pour out the remaining sugar on top and cook for a couple of 10 minutes. Cut the carrots into very small cubes. Drain the distinguished peach juice into a separate container, put the peaches in a deep dish and sprinkle with cubes of gingerbread. Put a saucepan on the fire, pour 75 ml of water into it, add 75 g of sugar, pour in peach juice and cook syrup over low heat. Add honey, ground cinnamon to the syrup and cook until the syrup is sticky. Pour them ready-made peaches and serve them.
