Put milk in a warm place to get rustic milk. Transfer the finished rustic milk to a saucepan, heat it over high heat to a boil, then reduce the heat and evaporate the moisture. Add sugar, mix and remove from the heat. Decompose the resulting mass into molds and put in a dry cool place. When the milk mass has hardened, remove from the moulds and serve.
