Rowan marmalade
1 serving
Cook it the same way you saw it, but wipe it through a much more frequent sieve. And sugar needs to take more than about
1. 5 glasses per 1 cup of mountain ash. During cooking, stir continuously until a layer of marmalade remains on the spoon. In fact, marmalade is a very thick, jelly-like sight: We pour hot marmalade into heated jars, and when it cools and thickens, we band it with parchment and take it out into the cold. You can pour the marmalade in a layer of 3-4 cm over plywood boxes lined with parchment or polyethylene film. Then we boil the boxes, like parcels, on top with plywood and transfer them to the cellar, on the shelf. In this case, marmalade is easier to cut into "sweets" and serve, as it looks much more spectacular.
