Coffee pudding

Add flour to hot melted butter, fry it slightly and, stirring continuously, pour boiling milk. Let the mass boil once, cool it a little, add ground coffee, 150 g of sugar and egg yolks (one at a time). Whisk egg whites with 50 g of sugar and vanillin into strong foam and carefully add to the first mass. Fill the oiled pudding moulds with dough at 3/4 height, place in a pan with boiling water and cook. Serve the pudding on the table with gravy.
