Coffee bird's milk
1 serving
Boil the milk with 100g powdered sugar and vanilla sugar or vanillin. Meanwhile, beat strong foam from egg whites, mix 50 g of powdered sugar with it, put the foam in a slightly boiling milk with a tablespoon, cook for 3 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other. Then put the foam galushki with a spoon in a separate dish. Remove milk from the fire. Meanwhile, the egg yolks are well mixed with the remaining icing sugar and a strong decoction of black coffee. Gradually pour this mixture into slightly boiling milk and, stirring, cook until the mass begins to thicken. Remove from the heat, strain, place foam galushki on top and cool well.
