Potato horseshoes

1 serving

Peel the cooked potatoes, pass them hot through a meat grinder, add cookie powder, flour, salt and knead the dough of medium consistency. From the dough, roll the sausages into a little finger thick, 8-10 cm long, bend them in the form of horseshoes and lower them on a flat spoon into a boiling tar. Bake the products until ruddy. Run the hot horseshoes in powdered sugar, previously mixed with vanilla sugar. Before forming the horseshoes, you need to make a baking sample, as some varieties of potatoes soften the dough. In this case, you should add a little more flour to the dough.

potatoes - 8 pcs., salt to taste, sugar powder - 300 g, flour - 2 tbsp. spoons, vanilla sugar - 1 pack, cookie powder - 0.5 packs, resin to taste
