Viburnum in powdered sugar

Place the washed and chopped viburnum berries in a large bowl, sprinkle with a mixture of powdered sugar with starch, roll the berries in this mixture for 5 - 10 minutes, then dry in air at room temperature for 10 - 12 hours.
