Pear with filling
Pear peel, cut in half, remove the middle with a teaspoon so that the layer of pulp over the entire configuration of the pear remains 1 cm thick. Cottage cheese with egg yolk and 1 tbsp. spoon sugar to mix until a foamy mass, add finely chopped pear flesh to it. Meanwhile, cook rice in milk until fully ready, stir in butter and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. Beat the cream. Add half to rice, the other half to curd cream. Put the rice on four saucers, put the halves of pears filled with curd cream on the rice and pour over the top cocoa gravy prepared (cooked) from 100 g of water, cocoa powder and 1 tbsp. spoons of sugar.
