Date bread in arabic

Separate the egg yolks from the proteins, fold into a bowl, pour in powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and beat with a broom or using a mixer for 5 minutes. Then add the softened butter, dates, almonds, starch and mix well. Beat the chilled egg whites into a strong foam and carefully introduce them into the dough. Place it in a 20cm oiled tin or small frying pan, put in a heated oven and bake for half an hour. When the date bread has cooled, cut it into pieces, put it on a dish and serve as dessert.
