Homemade walnut filling.

200 g ground walnut kernel, 1/2 pack vanilla sugar, grated zest with 1 lemon, 100 g sugar, 50 g raisins, 1 tbsp white crushed sifted crumbs, mix 200 g water and cook over hot steam until thick.
