Dessert "snowball"

Egg whites are cooled, well beaten into a lush foam (you cannot use aluminum dishes) and, without ceasing to beat, gradually pour in the sifted sugar powder. Boiling milk, add vanilla sugar to it. Whipped egg whites are taken with a spoon, carefully lowered into boiling milk (so that they do not connect to each other). The 5 is boiled for 7 minutes over low heat.
