Pour the hazelnuts into a dry pan and, stirring, fry. Then chilled nuts are crushed in a mortar or grinder, poured with water, mixed, strained through gauze and squeezed. Stir the sieved flour into the resulting liquid, pour in a thin stream, add sugar and, stirring constantly, cook over a low heat until the mass thickens, then put in a bowl and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Pour the chilled nut mass with milk cream, garnish with fried nuts and serve.
