Prunes stuffed with curd and nuts

A magnificent dessert, delicious, and most importantly, very healthy - stuffed prunes with cottage cheese and nuts.

prunes - 300 g, cottage cheese - 300 g, sour cream - 250 g, walnut - 100 g, sugar - 40 g, semolina - 25 g, butter - 25 g, yolk - 2 pcs.


1. Soak prunes in cold boiled water, remove bones.

2. Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with semolina, yolk, sugar, peeled chalk chopped toasted walnuts. Stuff the prunes with this mass.

3. Put the stuffed prunes in a pan greased with butter, pour a little water and bake in the oven. Pour the stuffed prunes with sour cream and serve.
