Prunes stuffed with cottage cheese

Prunes are washed, poured with a small amount of hot water and put for swelling in a closed dish. Prunes are cooled and bones are removed from them. The curd is strained through a sieve and mixed with egg and sugar. Prunes are filled with curd filling, placed in a pan, poured with sour cream (50 g) and baked. When supplied, it is poured with oil, sour cream is separately supplied.
