Bananas baked with curd

Peel the bananas, cut along in half, put on a baking sheet with a slice up and drizzle with lemon juice to keep the fruit from darkening. Then wipe the curd through a sieve, add yoghurt, egg and honey, mix thoroughly until smooth, creamy mass and layer this mixture over the bananas. Put the baking sheet in a heated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Gently transfer the baked bananas to a dish or serving plates and serve for dessert.
