In a bowl, mix the flour, starch and baking powder. Gradually, stirring, add water, protein and sesame oil. Clean the bananas, remove the fibers and cut into 2-3 parts. In a flat pan over a medium heat without fat, fry the sesame seeds until some of them acquire a light brown tint, while the pan must be shaken periodically so that the seeds are cooked evenly. Pour out the seeds and set aside. Heat the oil in a wok or free turnip, lower the bananas into batter and deep-fry immediately for 3-4 minutes until they turn golden brown. It is best to fry in portions so that bananas float freely in oil. Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain on a paper towel.
