Baklava (baklava) "batumi"

Among oriental sweets, one of the most famous and popular is baklava or baklava. The Batumi recipe is just one of the many varieties of this wonderful treat.

butter - 70 g, salt - 0.25 tsp, flour - 3 cups, eggs - 1 pc., water - 0.5 cups

How to make baclava "Batumi": Sift the flour into a bowl, beat in the egg, add 2 tablespoons of softened butter, water and salt and knead the dough of medium consistency. Divide the finished dough into small pieces, roll out at least 20 thin tortillas from them and put in a deep pan or on a baking sheet in the following order: alternately three tortillas greased with butter, then a fourth tortilla, on it - nut filling. So repeat several times. Cut the baclava into rhombuses, place in a preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Pour the ready-made baklava (baklava) batumskaya with syrup.
