Apricot (peach) dessert
Ripe, large apricots wash, cut in half, remove the bones. Lay the halves on a glass tray or dish, put the bones in place on an entire berry of raspberries, strawberries or several berries of black (red) currants. This dessert can also be made from ice cream or canned fruits and berries. Pour apricots (peaches) prepared in this way with orange, tangerine or any fruit and berry juice. Serve chilled.
