Apples baked with biscuits

Peel 10 large apples, remove the core, cut into slices. Make 300g biscuits and a glass of red berry syrup. Grease a deep dish with oil, sprinkle with flour and put on it in layers: either biscuits or apples, spraying the latter with syrup. Rub 3 yolks with 6 teaspoons of sugar, add gradually, without stopping to rub, 3 teaspoons of flour and a glass of cream, and then 3 whipped protein, mix. Cover the apple sponge with this sauce. Let gradually brown slightly in the oven. Serve cream (or milk).
