Ice cream baked cake

We put the finished biscuit on a ceramic stand, slightly spray with compote and cover it with raspberries with berries, and they have a thick layer of ice cream (ice cream should be solid). Beat the proteins, add acid dropwise, gradually add sugar and bring to a state of thick foam, cover the cake and sprinkle crushed nuts on top. Put the cake for 4-5 minutes in the top of the roast oven. As soon as the cake browns, we take it out and serve it to the table.
