Cake with special filling

For the filling: 3 eggs, 150g milk, 100g vanillin caster sugar, 1 tbsp. tablespoon rum, 100g finely chopped candied fruit; chocolate for glazing. Grease a large baking sheet with oil, sprinkle with flour, put sponge dough in it with a thin layer and bake. Cut the cooled sponge cake into 3 identical glosses, layer them with pre-cooked filling, glaze with chocolate and put in a cold place.
