Cake on sour cream




This is a tender biscuit cake, sour cream is the main ingredient in dough.

sour cream - 300 g, eggs - 1 pc., sugar - 250 g, cookie powder - 1 pack, flour - 250 g, lemon zest to taste, apricot to taste, walnut to taste

Mix sour cream with egg and sugar, gradually add flour mixed with cookie powder and stir until smooth. The dough should be of medium consistency. Grease the cake tin with butter, sprinkle with flour and put the cooked mass into it. Bake the dough at medium temperature. Cut the cooled sour cream cake into two parts horizontally, spread each of them with thoroughly ground apricot povidl, sprinkle with ground nut with sugar and fold both halves. Spread the sour cream cake on top with povidl and sprinkle with ground nut and sugar.
