A lush, soft Day and Night sponge cake whose recipe won't make you spend much time in the kitchen.

wheat flour - 2.5 cups, potato flour - 0.5 cups, eggs - 6 pcs., sugar - 1.75 cups, margarine - 250 g, milk - 0.5 cups, soda (spoon without top) 1 teaspoon, cocoa - 3-4 teaspoons

How to make a Day and Night cake? Separate the egg whites from the yolks and cool. Rub the yolks with the sugar, add the softened margarine, then warm milk and soda, stir, pour in the sifted flour and knead the dough. Beat the egg whites into a strong foam, gently stir them into the dough and divide it into two parts. Put one part in a tin, greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Add cocoa to the second part of the dough, mix thoroughly and put into the mold on the first layer. Put the cake in a preheated oven and bake over a medium heat for about an hour.
