Punch cake

Add sugar, flour, yolks to proteins beaten into strong foam and beat until smooth. Grease the baking sheet with oil, sprinkle with flour, fill with dough and bake a biscuit layer at an average temperature until reddish brown. Cut the biscuit into two oblong pieces, layer them with filling, glaze with white sugar glaze on top and decorate with berries in alcohol or candied fruit. Keep the cake in a cold place.
