Peach pudding

Stir milk, butter, vanillin and salt, put on a heat and bring to a boil. Pour flour into boiling milk, stirring continuously. Cool the finished mass a little, add 6 egg yolks, 100 g of sugar to it and mix everything well. Beat egg whites, 60 g of sugar into strong foam and mix with the cooked mass. Grease the mold with butter, put half of the pudding mass into it, sprinkle ground almonds, biscuit crumbs on top, cover with thin slices of peaches, and the rest of the mass on top. Put the mold in the oven (for steam) for 40 minutes. The method of cooking is gravy: cook syrup from the remaining sugar and 300 g of water and add peaches cut into thin slices to it.
