Honey cake (sponge cake)

Separately beat proteins and yolks: proteins - into strong foam and add hot honey to them drop by drop; yolks - with sugar and mix them then with zest, vanillin and spices. After that, the whipped yolks are added to the proteins alternately with flour and crushed nuts. Put the dough in a mold (better detachable), greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, bake in a moderately hot oven for 25-30 minutes.
