Biscuit and raisins cream

go through the raisins, rinse, pour with hot water and boil for 5 minutes, cast in a colander and dry. cut the biscuit into small cubes. make vanilla cream. combine raisins and sliced biscuit with cream, gently stir, put into moulds and cool. The biscuit can be cut into small slices, put on a dish and poured with cream. if served, pour over the fruit syrup.

cream - 200 g, biscuits - 40 g, raisins - 50 g, milk - 100 g, sugar - 60 g, yolk - 2 pcs., gelatin - 8 g, vanilla sugar to taste
