Italian tiramisu

The famous Italian dessert - tiramisu - tiramisu. Its recipe is based on the combination of coffee and creamy tastes. Coffee-soaked biscuits and cream with mascarpone cheese create a surprisingly delicate combination, which brought huge popularity to the Italian tiramis recipe.

eggs - 3 pcs., sugar - 150 g, mascarpone cheese - 250 g, or sour cream (very thick) 250 g, biscuits - 12 pcs., cold coffee 6 cups, cocoa without sugar to taste, marsala to taste, or coffee liqueur to taste

Separate egg yolks from proteins. Grind the yolks with sugar until homogeneous mass is formed. Add cheese and liqueur, mix. Beat the whites into foam and mix with the cheese. Soak the coffee biscuits and cut into pieces 5 cm high and 10 cm long. Spread each with a layer of cheese, top with a biscuit and another layer of cheese. Sprinkle heavily with sugar-free cocoa powder. Refrigerate for two and a half hours. Serve chilled.
