Cold pudding

From 8 eggs, 160g sugar, 160g flour, shredded lemon zest and lemon juice, mix the biscuit dough, put it in a 1cm thick layer in a baking tray and bake. Cut the cooled biscuit cake into 4X4 cm squares. Make a liquid mixture from apricot povidl, 100g water, 100g rum and 40g sugar. Cream and 50g sugar beat into foam and Ouse part of them mix with cocoa. Put a layer of biscuit squares in an enameled baking sheet, pour them with diluted povidl, coat with brown foam and sprinkle with finely chopped candied fruit. Put a new row of squares on top, cover them with white foam and sprinkle with candied fruit. So lay all the squares. Put the pudding prepared in this way in a cold place, and decorate with the remaining cream using a pastry bag before serving.
