Beat the egg whites into a strong foam and, gently stirring, add powdered sugar, flour and egg yolks to it. Place the cooked mass in a greased and floured cake tin and bake. Cut the cold sponge horizontally into several layers and interlayer them with any cream. Glaze or decorate the cake on top.
