Jar condensed milk, flour and butter = cake

1 serving

If you want to bake a cake from a minimal set of products, here's the recipe: condensed milk, flour, butter. And if there is still a handful of hazelnuts and jam, then in general. . . Make cake cream from condensed milk. Just keep in mind that sugar is not put in the dough: 400 g of condensed milk already contains 170 g of sugar. So cake cream: 200g softened butter (or margarine) is whisked in a bowl with a wooden spoon until a lush foam forms. And then, continuing to beat, gradually add 200 g of condensed milk. You can add a little raspberry or cherry jam syrup to the cream if available - then the cream will acquire a beautiful pink color. Biscuit dough is divided into 2 parts, and each of them is baked separately in a round form, the walls of which are greased with margarine and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. The biscuit is ready if it easily separates from the walls of the form (or squeezing). When the biscuits cool, one of them is densely lubricated with cream, the second is placed on top and also spread with cream. Such a cake is decorated with fried nuts, jam or any fresh or urinated berry.
