Beetroot soup

Beetroot and carrots are chopped, poured with water and stewed till semi-readiness. Then chopped beet tops are added and brought to readiness. Boiled eggs and onions are chopped finely, as for okroshka, stewed beets are transferred to them, other products specified in the recipe are poured with beet broth, kvass, mixed and dusted. Sour cream is served separately.
