water - 2.5 l, chicken - 1 pc., onions - 2-3 pcs., carrots - 1 pc., celery root - 1 pc., pearl barley - 4 tbsp. spoons, lemon - 1 pc., yolk - 3 pcs., salt to taste, ground black pepper to taste

Cooking soup with pearl barley: Clean the onion, carrots and celery, wash. Cut carrots and celery in half. Pour cold water over the prepared poultry carcass, quickly bring to the boil, remove the foam, add vegetables and cook over medium heat until the chicken is ready. Then remove the meat, separate from the bones and cut into small cubes, and strain the stock. Rinse the pearl barley well, fall into boiling water, cook until soft, drain and cook the cereals in chicken broth. Clean the remaining onions, rinse and finely shred. Put pieces of meat, onions, salt, ground pepper in the soup and bring to a boil. Scald the lemon with boiling water, peel, cut into wedges, remove the seeds, then cut each wedge into 4 parts, put in the soup and remove it from the heat. Rub the egg yolks, dilute with chilled broth, mix well, pour into the finished chicken soup with pearl barley and serve it to the table.
