potatoes, onions, diced, carrots, grated on a coarse grater, put on the bottom of a pan with a volume of 3 liters, pour water slightly above vegetables. when the water boils, add 3 tbsp. spoons of rice or half a cup of vermicelli. everything has to weld together. then pour a warm broth of any meat into the pan. determine the density of the future soup themselves. salt to taste, put parsley greens. serving to the table, put 1 spoonful of sour cream in each plate. some fresh kale can be added to the rice soup, acidified with 1 tsp tomato paste
