How to make pasta soup: Wash the meat bones and pour cold water. Let it boil. Remove the foams. Cover and cook until tender on the smallest heat under the lid (1. 5-2 hours). Remove the meat. Strain the broth.

Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into cubes.

Add the diced potatoes to the strained boiling meat stock and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.

Peel and wash the onions. Cut into small cubes.

Peel and wash the carrots. Grate on coarse grate.

At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper, bay leaf and cook until tender for 5-7 minutes.
