Soup with nuts cold
Rub the garlic with salt, add the crushed nuts, vegetable oil and rub everything. Dilute the mixture with cold boiled water, salt and pepper. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley greens and chopped steep eggs on the table before serving.
walnut - 1-1.5 cups, salt to taste, garlic - 1 head, vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons, water - 4 cups, parsley greens to taste, eggs - 1 pc.
