Homemade noodle soup

Noodle soup is prepared on meat broth. It is better to cook with chicken, turkey, poultry giblets. Browned onions and roots are put into boiling broth; after boiling one adds dried and sifted homemade noodles, salt, pepper and brings to readiness. For noodles, eggs, sifted flour are added to cold water and cool dough is kneaded. After 10 - 15 minutes, it is rolled into a layer 1 mm thick, cut into strips 4- 5 cm wide and shaded.
