Thick chicken noodles

Pour chicken or giblets, dried mushrooms and beef with cold water and cook, adding salt at the end. After that, remove the meat and mushrooms and cut into small pieces, and strain the broth. Clean the onions and carrots, wash, finely grind and fry in a pan with warmed vegetable oil. Lower the dried noodles into a saucepan with salted boiling water, boil for 1 minute, roll in a colander, rinse with cold boiled water, and then pour into boiling strained broth. Put the fried vegetables there and cook the soup for 10-15 minutes. Before serving, put meat, mushrooms and herbs in a saucepan of soup.
