Peel and finely chop the potatoes. Peel the onions, finely chop and fry in fat until golden brown. Add the potatoes, pour over the decoction, salt and cook for 10 minutes. Then add the buns and cook until the potatoes are cooked. Wipe through a sieve and add the sausage, sliced. Serve directly from the heat, sprinkling chopped parsley greens on the table.
