Sardinella meatball soup

Put the peeled and diced potatoes, carrots, parsley roots in boiling water and cook for 15 - 20 minutes. Then lower meatballs into the soup, add onions, spices and cook it for 20 minutes. To make minced meat, fish fillet and fried onions are passed through a meat grinder. Pour the egg, melted butter into the resulting mass, add a little water, ground pepper, salt, then mix everything well and shape the meatballs. Sprinkle the soup with finely chopped herbs before serving
