Peel the pulp from the films and pass it through a meat grinder. Put wheat bread soaked in milk or water, a little bulb onions in the resulting minced meat, salt, pepper. Mix the minced meat well and once again pass through the meat grinder. Then divide the mass into small balls and lower them into a boiling meat broth, in which to put chopped and lightly fried vegetables in oil in advance: carrots, onions and parsley, put a little diced potatoes in the soup before the end. Meatballs are boiled for 15-20 minutes.
