Nettle soup

Put 25 g of finely chopped and fried bulb onions into boiling broth (2 l), 1 tbsp of cooked rice (rinse it, put it in boiling water for 2- 3 minutes, and then put it on a sieve). Bring the broth to a boil, add 1-2 roughly chopped potatoes. Put 15 g of well-washed and chopped young nettles 150 minutes before the cooking is over. When serving, sprinkle the soup with parsley greens.
