Brynza rice soup

Delicacies such as brynza or eggs are allowed by healing cuisine exclusively for festive dishes. Therefore, it is undesirable to cook it every day. Brynza can only be on the table as a big exception. Drop the chopped and washed rice into a pot of boiling water. Shred the onion and throw it into the rice when it is almost ready. Finely shred the celery, pour it into the soup and let it brew under the lid. Pour into plates and garnish with fresh tomatoes, chopped into circles.
